This week, the world got a new chapter in the Terminator saga, a brilliant series surrounding the end of mankind as we know it. Millions of movies (yes, millions) have been made about the end of the world. Here are the twenty “best” of all time.

resident evil

20. Resident Evil (2002) – Inspired by the “scary things jump out and make loud noises” video game. Unfortunately there are no cheat codes to get you through the film quicker.

19. Tank Girl (1995) – Lori Petty saves the world’s water supply, but then kills everyone with her acting.

18. The Postman (1997) – Kevin Costner’s ego rebuilds a post-nuclear war society when he finally gets people to stop bitching about the price of stamps.

17. Night Of The Living Dead (1968) – Zombies try to eat live people. Live people try to convince zombies that dead people have more nutritional value.

dawn of the dead

16. Dawn Of The Dead (1978) – Four survivors of “Night Of The Living Dead” take refuge in a nearby shopping mall wondering how they got into this situation again.

anyone know what the movie was that ended with the cult followers offing themselves and nothing was left but some smelly steamy stuff in place of their bodies and one of the men in the leading roles is at home with his family, and what the cult leader had been teaching, started to come true, the end of the word, so the man in his family are on their front lawn looking up at flames falling from the sky in the last scene?

whoever made this list should just accept Cancer into their lives and learn to spell.

Also if you are going to act like a critic at least try to get some of the actor’s names right from the films you are reviewing e.g. Shaun Pegg = Wrong. Simon Pegg = yay.
